Ordinance No. 76-10 <br />Introduced by: Mr. Flynn <br />AN ORDINANCE DIRECTING THE CHIEF OF POLICE <br />TO DESIGNATE AN INTERSECTION AT WHICH DRIVERS <br />OF MOTOR VEHICLES SHALL NOT MAIZE A RIGHT TURN <br />ON RED, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY <br />THAT: <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF MAYFIELD VILLAGE, CUYAHOGA COUNTY, OHIO, <br />Section 1. The Chief of Police is hereby directed to erect a sign pro- <br />hibiting a right turn'for traffic facing a steady red light moving east bound on <br />Wilson Mills Road at the intersection of the westerly Mayfield High School drive- <br />way entrance. <br />Section 2. Whenever the authorized sign is erected pursuant to Section 1 <br />of this ordinance, no driver of a motor vehicle shall disobey the direction of such <br />sign. <br />Section 3.
