Ordinance No. 76- 28 <br />Introduced by: Council as a S•7hole <br />AN ORDINANCE TO AMIND SECTION 6 OF ORDINANCE <br />N0. 75-32, AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE <br />ORGANIZATION AND PROCEDURE OF COU[dCIL <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF MAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, THAT: <br />SECTION 1. Section 6 of Ordinance No. 75-32 is hereby amended to read as <br />follows: <br />"Section 6. Committees. <br />Al1 standing committees shall be appointed by the President of Council. There <br />shall be the following Standing Conmiittees: <br />Commi.ttee of the Whole <br />Budget and Appropriations Committee <br />Public Safety Committee <br />Public Service and Public Utilities Committee <br />Legislative Committee <br />The report of any coffinittee shall be submitted to the Council at the next <br />regular meeting unless £urther time is given at the time o£ reference, and such report <br />shall be required to be in writing. <br />B. Special Committees. <br />All special Committees sha11 be appointed by the President of Council." <br />SECTION 2.
