, <br />Ordinance No. 76- 33 <br />?. <br />Introduced by: Council as a Whole <br />AN ORDINANCE TO PROVIDE FOR TRANSFER AND <br />APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS FOR VARIOUS PURPOSES <br />DURING THE YEAR 1976, and DECLARING AN <br />EMERGENCY <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF MAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, THAT: <br />Section 1. To the extent that, druing the year of,1976, any expenditures have <br />been made by or under authority of the Council of Mayfield Village, Ohio, for any <br />items in excess o£ the amounts appropriated therefor by the appropriation ordinances <br />and amendments thereto adopted in 1976, or for items for which no specific appro- <br />priations were made by said ordinances, the Finance Director of May£ield Village is <br />hereby authorized and directed to trans£er sufficient moneys from other appropriation <br />items which have not been fully expended, and, if necessary, from moneys in the <br />General Fund not otherwise specifically appropriated, to cover such expenditures, and <br />the moneys so transferred are hereby appropriated for the purpose of making such <br />expenditures. <br />Section 2.
