ORDINANCE N0. 71-~_ <br />BY: MR._ $ordonaro <br />PId ORDINANCE TO REPEAL ORDINANCE N0. 70-31, ENTITLED <br />"AD1 ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE ZONING ORDINANCES OF THE <br />VILLAGE OF HAYFIELD BY TRANSFERRING CERTAIN PROPERTY <br />FROtl A RESIDENTIAL AND/OR OFFICE-LABORATORY USE <br />DISTRICT TO A SENIOR CITIZENS TYPE USE DISTRICT" <br />Be It Oadained by Council of the Village of Mayfield, Cuyahoga County, <br />Ohio, that: <br />Section 1. Ordinance No. 70-31 entitled "An Ordinance to Amend the <br />Zoning Ordinances of the Village of Mayfield by Transferring Certain Property <br />from a Residential and/or Office-Laboratory Use District to a Senior Citizens Type' <br />Use District" passed September 21, 1970, is hereby repealed as of the effective <br />date of this Ordinance. <br />Section 2. The Clerk-Treasurer is hereby authorized and directed to <br />certify a copy of this Ordinance to the Clerk of the Board of Elections of <br />Cuyahoga County, Ohio. <br />Section 3.
