ORDINANCE N0. 71-32 <br />BY MR. Leech - <br />AN ORDINANCE TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT WITH <br />SIGNAL SERVICE COMPANY REGARDING INCANDESCENT' <br />LAMPS FOR TRAFFIC SIGNALS <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF HAYFIELD, CUYAHOGA <br />COUNTY, OHIO, THAT: <br />Section 1. The Clerk-Treasurer is authorized to enter <br />into an agreem- ent with Signal Service Company whereby the latter <br />will furnish and install all new incandescent lamps for the <br />Village of Mayfield traffic signals and school signals onee~a <br />year and will replace all burned out lamps for a period of one <br />year at no extra cost to the Village, the complete price for <br />material and labor to be $77.20. <br />Section 2. This Ordinance is hereby deemed to be an <br />emergency measure, necessary for the immediate preservation of <br />the public peace, health, safety and welfare in order that the <br />traffic signals and school signals may be properly serviced and <br />put in proper working order without delay, and this Ordinance <br />shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of <br />its passage. <br />Passed this 21st day of dune 1971. <br />YOR PRESIDENT OF COUNCIL <br />ATTEST: <br />SEAL CLERK-TREASURER <br />
