Fitz-Gerald i AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE BONING ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF HAYFIELD BY TRANSFERRING CERTAIN PROPERTY ON THE SOUTHERLY SIDE OF SANDALWOOD DRIVE FROM A CLASS U-1 USE DISTRICt TO A LOCAL BUSINESS DISTRICT i+ifH:,REAS, this amending ordinance has been submitted to the Village Planning and Zoning Commission for approval, disapproval, or suggestions, and said Commission has been allowed a reasonable time for consideration and report, and has made its report thereon, and a public hearing has been had thereon, with notice of such hearing given in the manner provided by law; and ' WHEREAS, council finds that the use of said property fora local business use rather than single residence use will be conducive to the public health, peace, ' safety, comfort, prosperity, convenience and general welfare, and will not substan- tially injure any other property in the Village or the use thereof. NOid, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE ODUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF HAYFIELD, ~ CUYAHOGA COUNTY, OHIO, THAT: Section 1. The following described property, shown in red on the attached document, marked Exhibit "A" and made part hereof, shall be transferred from a Class U-1 Use Dist=ict to a local business disttict:: A parcel of land situated on the south side of Sandalwood Drive approximately 170' east of SOM Centex Road in the Village of Mayfield, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio, and being 90' front on the south side of Sandalwood Drive by a depth of approximately 47.22', and being further bounded and described as follows: On the South by a line parallel caith the Northerly line of Wilson bills Road and 467.21' Northerly therefrom; On the East by aline parallel with and 300' Easterly from centerline of SOM Center Road; On the North by the Southerly line of Sandalwood Drive; And on the West by a line parallel with and 210' Easterly from the centerline of SOM Center Road. Section 2. The Village engineer is hereby authorized to revise the official district and zoning map so that the same will incorporate the terms and provisions of this ordinance.
