Fitz-Gerald <br />i <br />AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE BONING ORDINANCE OF THE <br />VILLAGE OF HAYFIELD BY TRANSFERRING CERTAIN PROPERTY <br />ON THE SOUTHERLY SIDE OF SANDALWOOD DRIVE FROM A <br />CLASS U-1 USE DISTRICt TO A LOCAL BUSINESS DISTRICT <br />i+ifH:,REAS, this amending ordinance has been submitted to the Village <br />Planning and Zoning Commission for approval, disapproval, or suggestions, and said <br />Commission has been allowed a reasonable time for consideration and report, and has <br />made its report thereon, and a public hearing has been had thereon, with notice of <br />such hearing given in the manner provided by law; and <br />' WHEREAS, council finds that the use of said property fora local business <br />use rather than single residence use will be conducive to the public health, peace, <br />' safety, comfort, prosperity, convenience and general welfare, and will not substan- <br />tially injure any other property in the Village or the use thereof. <br />NOid, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE ODUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF HAYFIELD, <br />~ CUYAHOGA COUNTY, OHIO, THAT: <br />Section 1. The following described property, shown in red on the attached <br />document, marked Exhibit "A" and made part hereof, shall be transferred from a <br />Class U-1 Use Dist=ict to a local business disttict:: <br />A parcel of land situated on the south side of Sandalwood <br />Drive approximately 170' east of SOM Centex Road in the Village <br />of Mayfield, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio, and being <br />90' front on the south side of Sandalwood Drive by a depth of <br />approximately 47.22', and being further bounded and described as <br />follows: <br />On the South by a line parallel caith the Northerly line <br />of Wilson bills Road and 467.21' Northerly therefrom; <br />On the East by aline parallel with and 300' Easterly from <br />centerline of SOM Center Road; <br />On the North by the Southerly line of Sandalwood Drive; <br />And on the West by a line parallel with and 210' Easterly <br />from the centerline of SOM Center Road. <br />Section 2. The Village engineer is hereby authorized to revise the <br />official district and zoning map so that the same will incorporate the terms and <br />provisions of this ordinance. <br />
