LEECH AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND SECTIONS 111.0501, 111.0704, 111.1101, 111.1301, 111.1302, ll1.1303, 111.1305, 111.1306, 111.1307, 111.1501, 111.1502, 111.1504, 111.1902, and 111.2311, AND TO REPEAL SECTIONS 111.1901 AND 111.1903 OF ORDINANCE N0. 1021, THE INCOME TAX ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF HAYFIELD. Be It Ordained by the Council of the Village of Mayfield, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio, that: Section 1. The following Sections of Ordinance No. 1021, the income tax Ordinance of the Village of Mayfield, are hereby amended to read as follows: "Section .0501 RATE AND INCOME TAXABLE An annual tax for the purposes specified in Section .0101 hereof shall be imposed on and after January 1, 1972, at the rate of one percent (17) per annum upon the following: (1) On all salaries, wages, commissions and other compensation earned on and after January 1, 1972, by residents of the Village of Mayfield. (2) On all salaries,• wages, commissions and other compensation earned on and after January 1, 1972, by non-residents of the Village of Mayfield for work done or services performed or rendered within the Village of Mayfield. (3) a. On~~ the portion attributable to the Village of Mayfield on the net profits earned on and after January 1, 1972, of all resident unincorporated business entities or professions or other activities, derived from sales made, work done, services performed or rendered. and business or other activities conducted in the Village of Mayfield. b. On the portion of the distributive share of the net profits earned on and after January 1, 1972, of a resident partner or owner of a resident unincorporated business entity not attibutable ' to the Village of Mayfihld and not levied against unincorporated business entity by the Village of Mayfield. (4) a. On the portion attributable to the Village of Mayfield of the net profits earned on or:=after January 1, 1972, of all non- ' resident unincorporated business entities, professions or other activities, derived from sales made, work done, services performed or rendered and business and other activities conducted in the Village of Mayfield, whether or not such unincorporated business entity has an office or place of business in the Village of Mayfield.
