ORDINANCE N0. 72- 39, <br />BY: MR. BORDONARO <br />AN ORDINANCE TO VACATE EUCLID-CHAGRIN <br />PARKWAY <br />j WHEREAS, Council of the Village of Mayfield is satisfied that there <br />is good cause for vacating Euclid-Chagrin Parkway, that it will not be detrimental <br />~ to the general interest and ought to be made, and that the abutting property <br />owners have consented, in writing, to the vacating of said Euclid-Chagrin Parkway. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF <br />HAYFIELD, CUYAHOGA COUNTY, OHIO, THAT: <br />Section 1. Euclid-Chagrin Parkway, for its entire length in the <br />Village of Mayfield, is hereby vacateds as per attached plat. <br />Section 2.
