<br />'~, <br />ORDINANCE N0. 72- 40 <br />gy; ~, Davis <br />AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING A FEDERAL <br />GENERAL REVENUE SHARING TRDST FUND <br />BE ZT ORDAINED BY COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF HAYFIELD, CUYAHOGA <br />COUNTY, OHIO, THAT: <br />Section 1. With approval of the auditor of the State of Ohio, <br />Council of the Village of Mayfield hereby establishes a Federal General <br />Revenue Sharing Trust Fund, to receive monies paid to the Federal Government <br />to the State and Local Fiscal Assistance Act of 1972. <br />Section 2.
