<br />ORDINANCE N0. 72- 45 <br />BY: MR. DAVIS <br />AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING FOR DEDICATION ALL OF AINTREE PARK <br />DRIVE, IIUNT CIRCLE AND THAT PART OF DERRY DRIVE OUTLINED <br />IN RED IN AINTREE PARK N0. 2 SUBDIVISION; ALL OF RALEIGH <br />DRIVE AND THOSE PARTS OF BEECHERS BROOK ROAD, DERBY DRIVE <br />AND NORTHBORO DRIVE OUTLINED IN GREEN IN AINTREE PARK N0. 3 <br />SUBDIVISION; AND ALL OF CHASE DRIVE, FOXBORO DRIVE AND <br />THOSE PARTS OF BEECHERS BROOK ROAD AND NORTHBORO DRIVE <br />OUTLINED IN BLUE IN AINTREE PARK N0. 4 SUBDIVISION. <br />WHEREAS, all improvements required by the Ordinances of the Village <br />of Mayfield have been completed in the streets hereinafter described, except <br />that the sewers have not been photographed as required by the present <br />Ordinance; and <br />WIIEREAS, said sewers have been installed for more than three years <br />and have functioned properly, and photographing of sewers was not required by <br />Ordinances in effect at the time the plans for the hereinafter described <br />subdivisions were approved, and the passage of this Ordinance shall not be <br />deemed a precedent for dispensing with such photographing in future cases. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, Be It Ordained By The Council of The Village of <br />Mayfield, Cuyahoga County, Ohio, That: <br />Section 1. Council hereby accepts for dedication the following <br />described streets which are hereby incorporated into the highway_system of <br />the Village of Mayfield, Ohio: <br />"All of Aintree Park Drive, Hunt Circle and that part of <br />Derby Drive outlined in red on the plat of Aintree Park <br />No. 2 recorded in Volume 195 of Pfaps, Pages 80 and 81 of <br />Cuyahoga County Records; all of Raleigh Drive and those <br />parts of Beechers Broolc Road, Derby Drive and Northboro <br />Drive as outlined in green on Aintree Park No. 3 recorded <br />in Volume 199 of Maps, Page 25 of Cuyahoga County Records; <br />and all of Chase Drive, Foxboro Drive and those parts of <br />Beechers Brook Road and Northboro Drive as outlined in <br />blue on Aintree Park No. 4 recorded in Volume 207 of Maps, <br />Pages 71 and 72 of Cuyahoga County Records." <br />Section 2.
