1 <br />.. <br />.- <br />ORDINANCE N0. 73 - 3 <br />Introduced by: Boaer <br />AN ORDINANCE TO AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR AND CLERK- <br />TREASURER OF THE VILLAGE OF HAYFIELD TO ENTER <br />INTO CONTRACTS WITH THE CITY OF HAYFIELD HEIGHTS <br />FOR RADIO BROADCASTING <br />Be It Ordained by the Council of the Village of Mayfield, <br />Cuyahoga County, Ohio, that: <br />Sec. 1. The Mayor and the Clerk-Treasurer of the Village <br />of Mayfield are hereby authorized to enter into the following agree- <br />ment on behalf of this Village with the City of Mayfield Heights: <br />1. A contract between the City of Mayfield <br />Heights and the Village of Mayfield <br />establishing rates for police call ser- <br />vice. A copy of said contract, as <br />embodied in Ordinance No. 1972-52 of <br />the City of Mayfield Heights, is <br />hereto attached and made a part hereof. <br />Sec. 2. This Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency <br />measure necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, <br />health, safety and welfare of the Village of Mayfield and its inhabi- <br />tants, in order that radio call service may be provided without inter- <br />ruption for the Village of Mayfield, and this Ordinance shall be in <br />full force and effect from and after the date of its passage. <br />Passed this 15th day of January, 1973. <br />R-PRESIDENT OF COUNCIL <br />ATTEST: <br />(SEAL / CLERK-'PREA <br />
