ORDINANCE N0. 73- 14 <br />Introduced by: Mr. Boger <br />AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE ETiPLOYMENT <br />AND COMPENSATION OF HARRY KRAUSE AS ROAD <br />FOREMAN FOR THE VILLAGE OF HAYFIELD, OHIO <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE <br />OF HAYFIELD, CUYAHOGA COUNTY, OHIO, THAT: <br />Sec. 1. Harry Krause is hereby employed as Road Foreman for <br />the Villate of Mayfield until December 31, 1973, such employment to be <br />terminable by either the Village or the Road Foreman without cause upon <br />90 days written notice to the other. <br />Sec. 2. Harry Krause shall be compensated at the rate of <br />g'72'7.o0per month. A partial month's service shall be compensated on a <br />pro rata basis. <br />Sec. 3. This Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency <br />measure necessary for the immediate preservation of the public safety, <br />peace, health and welfare of the Village of Mayfield and its inhabitants, <br />and said Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and after <br />its date of passage. <br />Passed this 19th day of March, 1973. <br />- RE IDENT OF COUNCIL <br />ATTEST: <br />
