ORDINANCE NO. 73-17 <br />Introduced by: Mr. DAVIS <br />AN ORDINANCE APPOINTING ELECTRICAL ASSISTANT <br />INSPECTOR AND PLUMBIIQG ASSISTANT INSPECTOR <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF HAYFIELD, <br />COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA, STATE OF OHIO, THAT: <br />Sec. 1. That Edward J. Loesch be and he is hereby duly <br />appointed Electrical Assistant Inspector of the Village of Mayfield for <br />a term ending December 31, 1975. <br />Sec. 2. That Frank Branciforth be and he is hereby duly <br />appointed P1 mu bang Assistant Inspector of the Village of Mayfield for <br />a term ending December 31, 1975. <br />Sec. 3. This Ordinance is hereby deemed to be an emergency <br />measure necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, <br />health, safety and welfare of the Village of Mayfield and its inhabi- <br />tants, in order that the Village may make provision for the proper <br />inspection of improvements now under construction and to be constructed, <br />and that said Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after <br />the date of its passage. <br />Passed this 19th day of March 1973. <br />~~ ~~ ~~ <br />ofAYOR-PRESIDENT OF COUNCIL <br />FATTEST: <br />S AL LERK-TREASURER <br />
