ORDINANCE N0. 73-20 <br />Introduced by: MR. BORDONARO <br />AN ORDINANCE FILLING A VACANCY ON COUNCIL <br />BY THE ELECTION OF THE LEGISLATIVE AUTHORITY <br />WHEREAS, a vacancy was created on the Council of the <br />Village of Mayfield by Resolution No. 839, duly adopted by <br />the Council of the Village of Mayfield, on Alay 21, 1973. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE <br />VILLAGE OF HAYFIELD, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA, STATE OF OHIO, THAT: <br />Sec. 1. ROBERT SCHULTE be and he is hereby <br />duly elected to the Council of the Village of Mayfield, pur- <br />suant to Ohio Revised Code, Sec. 731.43, for the unexpired <br />term ending December 31, 197,. <br />Sec. 2. This Ordinance is hereby deemed to be an <br />emergency measure necessary for the immediate preservation <br />of the public safety, peace, health and welfare of the Village <br />of Mayfield and its inhabitants, in order that the Village <br />may properly constitute the legislative authority of the <br />community and that said Ordinance shall be in full force and <br />effect from and after the date of its passage. <br />Passed this 24th day of Mav 1973. <br />~~"~~ <br />ATTEST: <br />~AL) 'CLERK-TREASURER <br />
