ORDINANCE N0. 73-31 <br />Introduced by: Mr. Bogar <br />AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE EMPLOYMENT AND <br />COMPENSATION OF GUS AMENDOLA AS PART-TIME <br />BUILDING INSPECTOR FOR THE VILLAGE OF HAYFIELD <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF HAYFIELD, <br />CUYAHOGA COUNTY, OHIO, THAT: <br />Sec. 1. Gus Amendola is hereby employed as part-time building <br />inspector for the Village of Mayfield until December 31, 1973, <br />such employment to be terminable by the Village of Mayfield, or <br />Gus Amendola, without cause upon thirty (30) days written notice <br />by one to the other. <br />Sec. 2. Gus Amendola shall be compensated at the rate of <br />Four Humored Dollars ($400.00) per month. A partial month's <br />service shall be compensated on a pro-rata basis. <br />Sec. 3. This Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency <br />measure, necessary for the immediate preservation of the public <br />safety, peace, health and welfare of the Village of Mayfield, and <br />its inhabitants, and said Ordinance shall take effect and be in <br />full force from and after its date of passage. <br />Passed this 25th day of July, 1973. <br />ATTEST: <br />~EA2~ CLERK-TREASURER <br />
