/~ <br />ORDINANCE N0. 104R <br />By: Mr. DAVIS <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 3 OF ORDINANCE N0. 252 A <br />AS AMENDED BY CHANGING THE COMPENSATION OF THE ROAD FOREMAN <br />BE IT OP.DAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF HAYFIELD, CUYAHOGA <br />COUNTY, OHIO, THAT: <br />Section 1. Section 3 of Ordinance No. 252 A, entitled "An Ordinance <br />to Provide for a P.oad Foreman," as amended by Ordinance No. 922, is hereby <br />amended to read as follows: <br />"Section 3. Beginning March 1, 1965, the Road Foreman <br />shall be paid, as compensation for his services, at the rate of <br />$7,200.00 per year, but such compensation may be changed at any <br />time by Council. The Village shall also pay to Blue Cross of North- <br />east Ohio, Inc., the premiums for hospitalization and medical mutual <br />insurance for the Road Foreman. The skilled employees of the Road <br />Foreman shall be compensated at the rate of $2.00 per hour, and <br />persons designated by him as unskilled employees shall be compensated <br />at the rate of $1.60 per hour." <br />Section 2. Existing Section 3 of Ordinance No. 252 A, as amended <br />by Ordinance ;Io. 922, is hereby repealed from and after this date. <br />Section 3. This Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency <br />measure, necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health, <br />safety and welfare of the Village of Mayfield and its inhabitants, in order <br />to obtain the services of a competent Road Foreman, and this Ordinance shall <br />take effect and be in force from and after the date of its passage. <br />Passed this 19th day of February, 1968. <br />~ J ~,,~ <br />YOR - ESI 'NT OF" COUNCIL <br />AT \ : - <br />(SEAL CL '-TREASURER <br /> <br />
