/d <br />ORDINANCE NUMBER 1049 <br />BY MR, SCHMIDT <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 8 OF ORDINANCE NUMBER <br />309, THE TRAFFIC ORDINANCE, AS AMENDED, RELATING TO <br />TRAFFIC CONTROL SIGNALS. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF HAYFIELD, CUYAHOGA <br />COUNTY, OHIO, THAT: <br />Section 1. Section 8 of Ordinance Number 309, entitled: "An <br />Ordinance to Regulate Traffic on the Streets and Public Highways of the <br />Village of Mayfield," as amended by Ordinance Number 1023, is hereby amended <br />to read as follows: <br />"Section 8. Authorized Automatic Traffic Control Signals. <br />Automatic Traffic Control Signals are hereby directed to be instal- <br />led and operated at the following intersections, to-wit: <br />SOM Center Road at Wilson Mills Road, <br />Lander Road at Ridgebury Boulevard, <br />Wilson Mills Road at Lander Road, <br />Wilson Mills Road opposite 6116 Wilson Mills Road <br />(Mayfield Senior High School Entrance), <br />Wilson Mills Road at Alpha Drive, <br />Wilson Mills Road at the Northbound entrance and <br />exit ramps of Interstate Route Number 271." <br />Section 2. This Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency <br />measure, necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health, <br />safety and welfare of the Village of Mayfield and ita inhabitants, in order to <br />safeguard life, limb and property through the maintenance of needed automatic <br />traffic signals, and this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and <br />after the date of its passage. <br />Passed this 18th day of March, 1968. <br />MAYO PRE OF COUNCIL <br />ATTEST: <br />(SEAL) CLERK-T ASURER <br />i <br />
