GS <br />ORDINANCE N0, 1088 " <br />BY: MR. Davis <br />AN ORDINANCE TO PROVIDE FOR TRANSFER AND APPROPRIATION OF <br />FUNDS FOR VARIOUS PURPOSES DURING THE YEAR 1968, <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COWiCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF HAYFIELD, CUYAHOGA <br />COUNTY, OHIO, THAT: <br />Section 1. To the extent that, during the year 1968, any expenditures <br />have been made by or under authority of the Council of the Village of Mayfield, <br />Ohio, for any items in excess of the amounts appropriated therefor by the ap- <br />propriation ordinances and amendments thereto adopted in 1968, or for items for <br />which no specific appropriations were made by said ordinances, the Clerk-Treasurer <br />of the Village of Payfield is hereby authorized and directed to transfer suf- <br />ficient moneys from other appropriation items which have not been fully expended, <br />and, if necessary, from moneys in the General Fund not otherwise specifically <br />appropriated, to cover such expenditures, and the moneys so transferred are <br />hereby appropriated for the purpose of making such expenditures. <br />Section 2.
