ORDINANCE N0.70- 21 <br />gy; MR, Davie <br />AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING THE STEALING OF ANYTHING <br />HAVING A VALUE OF LESS THAN $60.00 AND PRESCRIBIN <br />A PENALTY THEREFOR. <br />Be It Ordained by the Council of the Village of Mayfield, Cuyahoga <br />County, Ohio, that: <br />Section 1. No person shall steal anything having a value of less <br />than $60.00. <br />Section 2. Whoever violates Section 1 of this Ordinance is guilty <br />of petty larceny and shall be fined not more than $300.00 or imprisoned for <br />not more than 90 days, or both. <br />Section 3.
