DAVIS <br />AN ORDINANCE TO PROVIDE FOR TRANSFER AND <br />APPROPR7ATION OF FUNDS FOR VARIOUS PURPOSES <br />DURING THE YEAR 1970. <br />Be It Ordained by the Council of the Village of Mayfield, <br />Cuyahoga County, Ohio, that: <br />Section 1. To the extent that, during the year of 1970, <br />any expenditures ave been made by or under authority of the <br />Council of the Village of Mayfield, Ohio, for any items in excess of <br />the amounts appropriated therefor by the appropriation ordinances <br />and amendments thereto adopted in 1970, or for items for which no <br />specific appropriations were made by said ordinances, the Clerk- <br />Treasurer of the Village of Mayfield is hereby authorized and directed <br />to transfer sufficient moneys from other appropriation items which <br />have not been fully expended, and, if necessary, from moneys in the <br />General Fund not otherwise specifically appropriated, to cover such <br />expenditures, and the moneys so transferred are hereby appropriated <br />for the purpose of making such expenditures. <br />r.', ~ . ~et~io~w`3a:-"'•~ t~is Ordinance is deemed to be an emergency <br />~' _.ceasa~ the preservation of the health, safety and <br />V ~ . <br />,,~ t, 11 of Mayfield and its inhabitants, and this <br />~`~~ ~'~ g effect immediately upon its passage. <br />Passed this`21st day of December, 1970. <br />~~~ <br />- R - PRESIDENT OF COUNCIL <br />ATTEST: <br />S L CLERK-TR SURER <br />.~~ <br />~~: <br />
