It is hereby determined to proceed with the improvement in the Village of Mayfield, Ohio, of Worton Park Drive, North Woodlane Drive, Norman Lane, South Woodlane Drive and Woodlane Drive, by grading, draining and paving with asphaltic materials, together with all necessary appurtenances. See, 2. Said improvement shall be made in accordance with the provisions o£ Resolution No. 639 adopted March 15, 1965, and with the plans, specifications, estimates and profiles heretofore approved and now on file in the office of the Clerk of this Council by grading, draining and paving with asphaltic materials, together with all necessary appur- tenances. _ Sec, 3, pll claims for damages resulting therefrom that have been legally filed shall be enquired into before the commencement of the proposed improvement and the Solicitor is hereby authorized and directed to institute legal proceedings in a court of competent jurisdiction to enquire into any claims that have been so filed. Sec. 4. That portion of the cost provided in the above mentiotted resolution of ttecessity to be assessed shall be assessed in the manner provided?in said resolution on the lots and lands described therein in ten annual installments. Sec. 5. The estimated assessments heretofore prepared and £iled in the office of the Clerk of this Council and approved by the Assessment Equalization Board are hereby adopted. Sec. 6. The'Clerk of this Council is hereby directed to deliver a certif ied copy of this ordinance to the County Auditor within 15 days after the date of its passage. , .
