HOUSES NOT rfORE THAN. FIVE <br />STORIES IN HEIGHT IN A_CERTAIN.PORTION OF SAID.PROPEI,2TY <br />WHEREAS, Council finds that it will promote the public health, peace, <br />safety,comEort, prosperity, convenience and general welfare to amend the zoning <br />ordinance of the Village of Mayfield in?the manner hereinafter provided'and will <br />not substantially injure any property in the Village or the use thereof; and <br />WHEREAS, Council finds that this amending ordinance has been submitted to <br />the Village Planning & Zoning Commission for approval, disapproval, or suggestion, <br />and that said Commission has allowed a reasonable time for consideration and <br />report, and has approved the same in the form herein set forth, and that a public <br />hearing has been had thereon, and notice of such hearing given in the manner <br />provided by law. I <br />NOW TklIItEFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCII, OF THE VILLAGE OF MAPFIELD* <br />COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND $TATE_0$ OIIIO THAT: <br />Sec. 1.' Suiiject to tlie conditions'hereinafter set forth, Apartment Houses <br />not more than five stories in height may be constructed on the following described <br />property, which is a portion of the property described in Ordinance No. 705, <br />entitled: "t1n Ordinance to Amend the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Playfield <br />by Transferring Certain Property on the West Side of Sa1 Center Road to a Class <br />U-3 Use District (Apartmettt Aouse)," <br />" Situated in the Village of PSayfield, County of Cuyahoga and <br />and $tate of Ohio, having a frontage on the West side of SOM Center <br />Road, beginning at the common corporate line of the Village of May£ield <br />and the City of Mayfield Heights, and'extending Northerly a distance <br />of 1100 feet, and extettdiRb' back of equal di:ptance to a depth of 400 <br />feet West of the center line of SOM Center Road." <br />Provided, however,, that not more than 148 apartment suites shall be constructed <br />on the premises described in the next preceding paragraph hereof and that a <br />total ofnnot more than 336 apartment suites shall be constructed on the entire <br />premises described in said Ordinance No. 705, and further provided that the <br />construction of said suites shall in all respects conform to the provisions of <br />the ordinances of the Village of Diayfield pertaining to same. It is further <br />provided that the number of bgildings over two stories in height shall be <br />limited to two I.-Shaped buildings. <br />? <br />
