FIVE STORIES IN HEIGHT IN A_CERTAIN.PORTION OF SAID.PROPEI,2TY WHEREAS, Council finds that it will promote the public health, peace, safety,comEort, prosperity, convenience and general welfare to amend the zoning ordinance of the Village of Mayfield in?the manner hereinafter provided'and will not substantially injure any property in the Village or the use thereof; and WHEREAS, Council finds that this amending ordinance has been submitted to the Village Planning & Zoning Commission for approval, disapproval, or suggestion, and that said Commission has allowed a reasonable time for consideration and report, and has approved the same in the form herein set forth, and that a public hearing has been had thereon, and notice of such hearing given in the manner provided by law. I NOW TklIItEFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCII, OF THE VILLAGE OF MAPFIELD* COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND $TATE_0$ OIIIO THAT: Sec. 1.' Suiiject to tlie conditions'hereinafter set forth, Apartment Houses not more than five stories in height may be constructed on the following described property, which is a portion of the property described in Ordinance No. 705, entitled: "t1n Ordinance to Amend the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Playfield by Transferring Certain Property on the West Side of Sa1 Center Road to a Class U-3 Use District (Apartmettt Aouse)," " Situated in the Village of PSayfield, County of Cuyahoga and and $tate of Ohio, having a frontage on the West side of SOM Center Road, beginning at the common corporate line of the Village of May£ield and the City of Mayfield Heights, and'extending Northerly a distance of 1100 feet, and extettdiRb' back of equal di:ptance to a depth of 400 feet West of the center line of SOM Center Road." Provided, however,, that not more than 148 apartment suites shall be constructed on the premises described in the next preceding paragraph hereof and that a total ofnnot more than 336 apartment suites shall be constructed on the entire premises described in said Ordinance No. 705, and further provided that the construction of said suites shall in all respects conform to the provisions of the ordinances of the Village of Diayfield pertaining to same. It is further provided that the number of bgildings over two stories in height shall be limited to two I.-Shaped buildings. ?
