OF A COPY MACHINE"., _ <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VII.LAGE OF MAYFIELI), CUYAHOGA COUNTY <br />OHIO, THA,T: <br />Sec.- 1. Ordinance No. 991, entitled: "pn Ordinance Authorizing <br />the Mayor and Clerk-Treasurer to Enter Into a Contract Ftith the Xerox <br />Corporation for the Leasing of a Copy Machine" is hereby amended to <br />read as follows: , <br />Sec. 1. The Mayor and the Clerk-Treasurer of the Village <br />of Mayfield, Ohio* are hereby authorized to enter into an agreement <br />in writing on behalf of said Village with the Xerox Corporation for <br />the leasing from the latter of a copy machine oE a rental not to <br />exceed $50.00 per month, for an indefinite period of time, but <br />cancelable on two weeks ttotice." <br />Sec. 2. This Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency <br />measure, necessarq for the immediate preservation of the public peace, <br />health, safety and welEare for the reasott that said equipment is immediately <br />necessary in order to carry on the day to day funetions of the departments <br />of the Village, and this ordinance shall be itt full force and effect from <br />and after the date of its passage. <br />passed this 17th day o£ April, 1967.
