Thatythe revised assessment of the coat and expense of the <br />impronement of Ri.dgebury Boulevard ia the Village of Mayfields Ohio, from <br />the center line of Zander_Road, which is the Westerly corporate line of the <br />Village of Mayfield, in an Easterly direction,approximately 2s825.35 Peet <br />to the Easterly corporate line of the Village of Mayfield, by grading* <br />drainings curbing, paving, and construeting curb eonnections where neceasary$ <br />together with all neeessary appnrteaances, amounting in the aggregate to $20,771.00 <br />-`- as reported to this Couneil on the 15th day of May , 1967s by the <br />Engineer o£ this Village*- and now on file in the office of the Clerk»Treasurer <br />of this Council be* and the same is$ hereby adopted and confi=med, and that <br />there be and hereby are levied aad aesessed upon the lots and lands bounding <br />and abuttidg upoa said improvements the aeveral amoants reported as aforesaid, <br />which assessments are in proportion to the speci.al benefits and are not in <br />excess of any statutory limitation. <br />Sec. 2. That this Council hereby finds and detezmines that the revised <br />assessments as now on file in the office of said C1erk-Treasurer are in the <br />same proportion to the esti.mated assessmenta as originally filed as the actual <br />cost of the above described impronement ia to the estimated cost of the <br />improvement as ori.gipally filed. <br />Seca 30 That the assessmeat against each lot or pareel of land shall <br />be payable in cash withia 30 days after the passage of this ordiawce or at <br />the optioa of the owner in te[?(1;0)annual installments with interest at the <br />same rate as shall be borae by the bonds to be i.asued in anticipation of the <br />collection of the samea - All cash payments shall be made to the Treasurer <br />of this Village. All asaessments and installments thereof remaining unpaid <br />at the expiration of said 30 days shall be certified by the C1erk"Treasurer <br />of this Council to?the County Auditor as provided by law to be placed by hi.m <br />on the tax duplicate and collected as other taxes are collected. <br />Sec. 491hat the ClerkwTreasurer of this Council ahall cause a notice <br />`t -- of passage of this ordinaace to.be published once in a newspaper of general <br />i ? circulation in this Village and to continue on file in his office said reviaed <br />. assesaments. <br />?
