ORDINANCE N0.2008-12 <br />INTRODUCED BY: Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole <br />AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE AMENDING THE <br />VILLAGE'S CODIFIED ORDINANCES <br />TO REPLACE ALL REFERENCES TO <br />THE VILLAGE HALL AT 6621 WILSON MILLS ROAD <br />WITH THE <br />CIVIC CENTER AT 6622 WILSON MILLS ROAD. <br />WHEREAS, at this time, due to the relocation of the Village Hall from 6621 <br />Wilson Mills Road to 6622 Wilson Mills Road, and the use of the name "Civic <br />Center" in place of "Village Hall", it has been deemed in the best interest of all <br />Village residents to amend the Village's Codified Ordinances to reflect these changes. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF <br />HAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, THAT: <br />SECTION 1. That all references within the Village's Codified Ordinances to <br />"Village Hall" or "Village Hall located at 6621 Wilson Mills Road" shall be amended <br />and replaced with the "Civic Center" or "Civic Center located at 6622 Wilson Mills <br />Road." <br />SECTION 2. That the Clerk. of Council is authorized and directed to forward a <br />certified copy of this Ordinance to the Codifier of the Village. <br />SECTION 3. The Council finds and determines that all formal actions of this <br />Council relating to the adoption of this Ordinance have been taken at open meetings <br />of this Council; and that deliberations of this Council and of its committees, resulting <br />in such formal action, took place in meetings open to the public, in compliance with <br />all statutory requirements including the requirements of Section 121.22 of the Ohio <br />Revised Code. <br />SECTION 4. This Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure <br />immediately necessary for the health, safety and welfare of the residents of Mayfield <br />Village, Ohio. It shall, therefore, take effect immediately upon the passage by the <br />
