~J RESOLUTION NO. 2014-29 INTRODUCED BY: Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole AN EMERGENCY RESOLUTION DECLARING THE OFFICIAL INTENT AND REASONABLE EXPECTATION OF THE VILLAGE OF HAYFIELD ON BEHALF OF THE STATE OF OHIO (THE BORROWER) TO REIMBURSE ITS EASTGATE/HEADOWOOD SANITARY SEWER CONVERSION FUND FOR THE EASTGATE/MEADOWOOD SANITARYSEWER AND WATER LINES PROJECT, LOANPROJECTNO. CA17R/CA18R, WITH THE PROCEEDS OF TAX EXEMPT DEBT OF THE STATE OF OHIO. WHEREAS, The Village of Mayfield reasonably expects to receive a reimbursement for the project named Eastgate/Meadowood Sanitary Sewer and Water Lines Project as set forth in Appendix A of the Project Agreement with the proceeds of bonds to be issued by the State of Ohio. WHEREAS, the maximum aggregate principal amount of bonds, other than for costs of issuance, expected to be issued by the State of Ohio for reimbursement to the local subdivision is $726,000. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF HAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, THAT: SECTION 1. The Clerk of the Village of Mayfield is hereby directed to file a copy of this Resolution with the Village of Mayfield for the inspection and examination of all persons interested therein and to deliver a copy of this Resolution to the Ohio Public Works Commission. SECTION 2. The Council finds and determines that all formal actions of the Council relating to the adoption of this Resolution have been taken at open meetings of this Council; and that deliberations of this Council and of its committees, resulting in such formal action, took place in meetings open to the public in compliance with all statutory requirements including the requirements of Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code. SECTION 3. This Resolution is hereby declared to be an emergency measure necessary for the immediate preservation of the health, safety and welfare of the residents
