ORDINANCE NO. 2002-44 (As Amended) <br />INTRODUCED BY: Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole <br />AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE A FEE SIMPLE INTEREST IN <br />AND TO THE PREMISES MORE FULLY DESCRIBED BELOW AND IN THE EXHIBITS <br />ATTACHED HERETO FOR PUBLIC STREET PURPOSES <br />WHEREAS, this Council has determined that in the promotion of the health, <br />safety and welfare of the residents of the Village, it is necessary to appropriate for street <br />purposes a fee simple interest in and to the premises known as Permanent Parcel <br />Numbers: Musca 831-24-035, 831-24-034, <br />831-24-064, 831-24-013, <br />831-24-014, 831-24-036, <br />Linkas 831-15-001 <br />Falkner 831-13-005 <br />Krenzler 831-13-006, 831-13-003 <br />Mt. Vernon L.P. 831-13-002, 831-13-008 <br />Whitehaven 831-20-001, 831-20-002, <br /> 831-20-003 <br />Harth 831-13-010 <br />Nasseri 831-11-015 <br />Nasseri 831-11-014 <br />Christian 831-11-024, 831 -11 -001 <br />Constanzo 831-09-005 <br />Kinnaird 831-05-010, 831-05-011 <br /> 831-05-012, 831-05-013 <br /> 831-05-014 <br />Mt. Sinai Cemetery 831-05-006 <br />Moss/White 31 A005B000170, Lake County; and <br />WHEREAS, on November 18, 2002, this Council passed Emergency Resolution <br />Number 2002-17 to be given to owners, persons in possession and persons having an <br />interest of record in the subject properties; and <br />WHEREAS, negotiations to purchase a fee simple interest in the properties have <br />been had and the Village and the owners, persons in possession and persons having an <br />interest of record in the premises are unable to agree; and <br />_?
