ORDINANCE NO. 93- 32 INTRODUCED BY: Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole '`, AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 1181.03(a), 1181.06, AND ~~. 1181.07 (a) OF THE CODIF'~ED ORDINAr?CES RELATING TO MINIMUM FRONTAGE AND SIDE YARDS IN THE SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT .. WHEREAS;`, the. Ordinance Review Committee and the Service Director have recommended changes in the minimum frontage and side yard requirements in the residential district. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF HAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, THAT.,: SECTION 1. That`Se~~tion 1181.03(a) of the Codified Ordinances is hereby and here~-~ amended to read as follows: 1181.03 LOT AREA PER FAMILY. (a) In a Class A-1 District, no dwelling shall be erected or altered to accommodate or make provision for more than one family for each 20,000 square feet of the area of the lot, and no such lot shall have a frontage of less..than 3~6 125 feet. Provided that a single _~amily dwelling house m'ay be erected on any numbered lot in a recorded subdivision that wa~•.on record in the office of the County Recorder at the time of the passage of this section. .--- =. ~, * * *`~..
