ORDINANCE NO. 93-51 ~~ INTRODUCED BY: Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE AMENDING THE APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE NO. 93-14 WHEREAS, there are certain transfers and amendments to the 1993 Appropriation Ordinance No. 93-14, that are required in order to conform the books and records of the Village to year end balances; and WHEREAS, it is the intention of Council to amend Ordinance No. 93-14 in order to reflect such transfers and appropriate balances. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF HAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, THAT: SECTION 1. That Section 1 of Ordinance No. 93-14 is hereby and herein amended to include the following: OBBC PERMIT FUND: That there be appropriated from the OBBC Permit Fund the sum of: $750.00 SECTION 2. That Section 4 of Ordinance No. 93-14 is hereby and herein amended to include new Sections E through H, and amendments to the lettering on I and J, which will read as follows: _. E. Transfer from the General Fund to the OBBC Permit Fund the sum of Seven Hundred Fifty Dollars ($750.00); and F. Transfer from the General Fund to the Special Assessment Lighting Fund the sum of Twenty Thousand Dollars ($20,000.00); and G. Transfer from the General Fund to the SOM/Highland Improvement Project Fund the sum of Twenty Thousand Dollars ($20,000.00); and H. Transfer from the General Fund to the Upper 40 Improvement Fund the sum of Twenty Thousand Dollars ($20,000.00); and I. Return to the General Fund from the Special Assessment Street Lighting Fund an earlier advance of Eleven Thousand Four Hundred Dollars ($11,400.00); and J. Return to the General Fund from the Engineer's Clearing Account Fund an earlier advance of Five Hundred Thirty One Dollars ($531.00).
