RESOLUTION NO. 93- 14 INTRODUCED BY: Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole AN EMERGENCY RESOLUTION GRANTING SETBACK AND SIGN SIZE VARIANCES TO ANDREW RANDAZZO, D.B.A. DAZZLERS HAIR DESIGN, LOCATED AT 6678 WILSON MILLS ROAD, HAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO. WHEREAS, a request for a variance by Andrew Randazzo, d.b.a. Dazzlers Hair Design from the Zoning Code provisions as they relate to setback of signs was received by the Village; and WHEREAS, a request for a variance by the same applicant from the sign size requirements of the Zoning Code was received by the Village relative to the same property located at 6678 Wilson Mil.l.s Road, Mayfield Village, Ohio; and WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission has considered the two variance requests and has recommended to the Village Council the granting of these variances at its special meeting which was held on July 12, 1993. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL O.F HAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, THAT: SECTION 1. That the Village Council hereby approves the granting of a variance from the Zoning Code sign setback requirements in- the amount of 21.5 feet to the applicant, Andrew Randazzo, d.b.a. Dazzlers Hair Design, located at 6678 Wilson Mills Road, Mayfield Village, Ohio, and pursuant to the terms and conditions set forth in the minutes of the meeting held by the Planning and Zoning Commission on July 12, 1993. SECTION 2. That the Village Council hereby approves the variance request from the sign size requirements of the Zoning Code as applied for by Andrew Randazzo, d.b.a. Dazzlers Hair Design, located at 6678 Wilson Mills Road, Mayfield Village, Ohio, in the total amount of 13 square feet, as is more fully set forth in the terms and conditions contained in the minutes of the meeting held by the Planning and Zoning Commission on July 12, 1993. SECTION 3. The Council finds and determines that all formal actions of the Council relating to the adoption of this Resolution have been taken at open meetings of this Council; and that deliberations of this Council and of its committees, resulting in such formal action, took place in meetings open to the public in compliance with all statutory requirements including the requirements of Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code.
