RESOLUTION NO. 93- ~6 <br />INTRODUCED BY: Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole <br />AN EMERGENCY RESOLUTION <br />AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO ENTER INTO A LEASE <br />CONTRACT WITH AMERITECH MOBILE COMMUNICATIONS <br />FOR PAGING SERVICES FOR THE YEAR 1994 IN <br />THE AMOUNT OF FIVE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED THIRTEEN DOLLARS <br />WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the health, safety and <br />welfare of all of the Village residents that the Village enter into a <br />lease contract with Ameritech Mobile Communications for paging services <br />for use by members of the Fire Department. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF HAYFIELD VILLAGE, <br />OHIO, THAT: <br />SECTION 1. That the Mayor is hereby and herein authorized and <br />directed to enter into a lease contract with Ameritech Mobile <br />Communications for paging services for 1994 which includes equipment <br />rental, unlimited air time, maintenance, and local access numbers in the <br />amount of Five Thousand Nine Hundred Thirteen Dollars ($5,913.00). <br />SECTION 2. The Council finds and determines that all formal <br />actions of the Council relating to the adoption of this Resolution have <br />been taken at open meetings of this Council; and that deliberations of <br />this Council and of its committees, resulting in such formal action, <br />took place in meetings open to the public in compliance with all <br />statutory requirements including the requirements of Section 121.22 of <br />the Ohio Revised Code. <br />SECTION 3. This Resolution is hereby declared to be an emergency <br />measure necessary for the immediate reservation of the health, safety <br />and welfare of the residents of Mayfield Village.
