*Failed 8/17/92 <br />. ~ ~ <br />'~ ORETNANCE__Nn. 92-12 (As Amended) <br />INTRODUCED BY: Mayor Pietrafese and Council as a Whole <br />AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE <br />ESTABLISHING FEES FOR MEMBERS OF THE <br />ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW BOARD, PLANNING AND <br />ZONING COMMISSION, AND BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS, <br />AND AMENDING SECTION 1305.05 <br />NOW, .THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF HAYFIELD <br />VILLAGE, OHIO, THAT: <br />SECTION 1. That effective June 1, 1992, all members of the <br />Mayfield Village Planning and Zoning Commission, Zoning Board of <br />Appeals, and Architectural Review Board, who are not elected or <br />paid employees of the Village, shall receive Forty Dollars ($40.00) <br />per meeting attended. <br />SECTION 2. That Section 1305.05 of the Codified Ordinances is <br />hereby and herein amended to read as follows: <br />1305.05 COMPENSATION. <br />Each member of the Architectural Review Board, who is not an <br />elected or paid employee of the Village; shall be paid ~y- <br />~=a~s~$~5.~ge= as determined by Council in <br />~~. <br />separate ordinance from time to time. <br />SECTION 3. The Council finds and determines that all formal <br />actions of this Council relating to the adoption of this Ordinance <br />have been taken at open meetings of this Council; and that <br />deliberations of this Council and of its committees, resulting in <br />such formal action, took place in meetings open to the public, in <br />compliance with all statutory requirements including the <br />requirements of Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code. <br />SECTION 4. This Ordinance is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure immediately necessary for the health, safety and <br />welfare of the residents of Mayfield Village, Ohio, for the reason <br />to encourage commercial development within Mayfield Village.
