ORDINANCE NO. 92-39 INTRODUCED BY: Mayor Pietrafese and Council as a Whole AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 1305.11 RELATING TO ARCHITECTURAL DRAWING REQUIREMENTS UNDER THE BUILDING CODE WHEREAS, the Architectural Review Board has made a recommendation for amendment to Section 1305.11(b) of the Codified Ordinances relative to the Architectural Plan Requirements; and WHEREAS, Council is in agreement that such requirements should be included in the Code, and thus are hereby adopted. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF HAYFIELD VILLAGE; OHIO, THAT: SECTION 1. That Section 1305.11(b) is hereby and herein amended to read as follow: 1305.11 FEES FOR SUBMISSION OF PLANS AND PLAN REQUIREMENTS. (b) Six sets of plans shall be submitted_ ~,~r ~" "^^' "''^ ~~ f^11~~_•;~~_ All drawings must be identified as to sublot number, street name, development name, builder's name owner's name if established, and date. Drawings shall include the following: SECTION 2. The Council finds and determines that all formal actions of this Council relating to the adoption of this Ordinance have been taken at open meetings of this Council; and that deliberations of this Council and of its committees, resulting in such formal action, took place in meetings open to the public, in compliance with all statutory requirements including the requirements of Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code. SECTION 3. This Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure immediately necessary for the health, safety and welfare of the residents of Mayfield Village, Ohio, and for the further reasons set forth in the preamble hereof.
