. <br />, i <br />? <br />ORDINANCE NO. 2006-36 <br />INTRODUCED BY: Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 153 OF THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF <br />MAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO PERTAINING TO EMPLOYMENT PROVISIONS, <br />REPEALING SUCH OTHER ORDINANCES AS ARE 1NCONSISTENT HEREWITH <br />AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF MAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, THAT: <br />SECTION 1. Effective January 1, 2004 and retroactive to thereto, except as herein otherwise <br />provided, Chapter 153 of the Codified Ordinances of Mayfield Village, Ohio, is hereby <br />amended to read as follows: <br />CHAPTER 153 <br />Employment Provisions <br />153.01 Bonds. <br />CROSS REFERENCES <br />Welfare - see Ohio Const., Art. OFF. 525.15 <br />153.01 APPLICABILITY. <br />Except as herein otherwise provided the provisions of this Chapter shall apply to those <br />employees of the Village not included in a collective bargaining agreement pursuant to <br />Article III, Section 17 of the Charter of Mayfield Village. The provisions of this Chapter <br />shall not apply to seasonal employees. <br />.
