ORDINANCE NO. 2006-39 <br />INTRODUCED BY: Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole <br />AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE <br />AMENDING SECTION 131.05(c) OF THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES <br />OF MAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, ESTABLISHING THE <br />COMPENSATION OF HUMAN SERVICES DIRECTOR FOR 2006 AND <br />REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES INCONSISTENT HEREWITH <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COLTNCIL OF MAYFIELD VILLAGE, <br />OHIO, THAT: <br />SECTION 1. Existing Section 131.05(c) of the Codified Ordinances of <br />Mayfield Village, Ohio, is hereby amended by increasing the compensation of <br />the Human Services Director so that the new Section 131.05(c) will read as <br />follows: <br />(c) The Human Services Director shall be paid a salary of <br />$20,150.42 per annum effective and retroactive to January l, <br />2006 for a minimum of twenty-five (25) hours per week. The <br />Human Services Director shall be a part-time position. <br />SECTION 2. All prior ordinances inconsistent with this Ordinance, in <br />whole or in part, are repealed to the extent necessary to avoid conflict with <br />this Ordinance. <br />SECTION 3. The Council finds and determines that all formal actions <br />of this Council relating to the adoption of this Ordinance have been taken at <br />open meetings of this Council; and that deliberations of this Council and of its <br />committees, resulting in such formal action, took place in meetings open to <br />the public, in compliance with all statutory requirements including the <br />requirements of Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code.
