Ordinance 2005-49 <br />ORDINANCE NO: 2005-49 <br />INTRODUCED BY:1VIayor Rinker and Council as a Whole <br />AN ORDINANCE <br />APPROPRIATING FUNDS FOR CURRENT EXPENSES & EXPENDITURES <br />OF MAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO <br />FOR THE PERIOD FROM JANUARY 1, 2005 AND ENDING DECEMBER 31, 2005 <br />AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF MAYFIELD VILLAGE, OFIIO, THAT: <br />SECTION 1: To provide for expenses for Mayfield Village, Ohio for the period beginning January 1, 2005 <br />and ending December 31, 2005 the sums hereinafter set forth are appropriated as follows: <br />GENERAL FUND: That there be appropriated from the General Fund the sum of: <br />$13,532,258.35 <br />FEDERAL GRANTS FLTND: That there be appropriated from the Federal Grants Fund the sum of: <br />$0.00 <br />9/11 FIRE SAFETY HOUSE FUND: That there be appropriated from the 9/11 Fire Safety House Fund the <br />sum of: <br />$3 8,998.00 <br />9/11 PLACE OF REFLECTION FUND: That there be appropriated from the 9/11 Place of Reflection Fund <br />the sum of: <br />$0.00 <br />SPECIAL ASSESSMENT STREET LIGHTING FIJND: That there be appropriated from the Special <br />Assessment Street Lighting Fund the sum of: <br />$80,000.00 <br />Mayfield Village 2005 Amended Appropriation Budget <br />Page 1 of 8
