Ordinance 96- 29 <br />ORI)INANCE NO. 96-29 <br />INTRODUCED BY: Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole: <br />A1V EMERGENCY ORDINANCE <br />AIVIENDING THE APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE NO. 96-15 <br />WHEREAS, there are certain transfers and amendments to the 1996 Appropriation Ordinance <br />No. 96-15, that are required in order to conform the books and records of the Village to year end <br />balances; and . <br />WHEREAS, it is the intention of Council to amend Ordinance No. 96-15 in order to reflect <br />such transfers and appropriate balances. <br />IiTOW, THEl&EFORE, BE IT O1tDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF MAYFIELD <br />VILLAGE, OHIO, THAT: <br />SECTION 1. That Section 1 of Ordinance No. 96-15 is hereby and herein amended to include <br />the following: <br />WILSON MII.LS IMPROVEMENT PROJECT FUND: That there be appropriated from the <br />Wilson Mills Improvement Project Fund the sum of: <br />$200,0000 <br />follows: <br />SECTION 2. That Section 4 of Ordinance 96-15 is hereby and herein amended to read as <br />C. Transfer from the General Fund to the 1Vlunicipal Center Fund the sum of Two <br />Hundred Thousand Dollars ($200,000.00) ; and <br />E. Transfer from the General Fund to the Capital Improvement Fund the sum of One <br />Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000.00); and <br />1. Transfer from the General Fund to the General Bond Retirement Fund the sum of <br />Two Hundred Thousand Dollars ($200,000) ; and <br />J. Transfer from the General Fund to Wilson Mills Improvement Project the sum of <br />Two Hundred Thousand I)ollars ($200,000.00); and <br />K. Transfer from the General Fund to the Contractors' Retainage Fund in the sum of <br />One Thousand Dollars.($1,000.00). <br />Page 1 of 2
