ORDINANCE N0. 90---25. <br />INTRODUCED BY: Mayor Carmen and Council as a Whole <br />AN ORDINANCE <br />AMENDING SECTION 351.01. AND ENACTING NEW <br />SUBSECTION 351.03(11) OF THE. CODIFIED <br />ORDINANCES OF HAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO <br />PERTAINING TO PARKING ON DESIGNATED <br />BICYCLE.. TRAILS AND <br />DECLARING AN EMERGENCY <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF MAYFIELD.VILLAGE, OHIO., THAT:. <br />SECTION 1. Section 351.01 of the Codified Ordinances of Mayfield Vil- <br />lage, Ohio is hereby amended pertaining to the removal of unattended. vehicles <br />on bike trails so that Section 351.01 shall. read as follows: (Deleted material. <br />appears like this and new material appears like THIS) <br />Chapter 351 <br />Parking Generally <br />~: ~: ~: <br />351.01 POLICE MAY REMOVE UNATTENDED VEHICLE WHICH OBSTRUCTS TRAFFIC. <br />Whenever any police officer finds a vehicle unat- <br />tended upon any street,. BICYCLE TRAILS,. bridge or cause- <br />way, in in any tunnel., where such vehicle constitutes an <br />obstruction to traffic, such officer may <br />provide for the removal of such vehicle to the nearest <br />garage or other place of safety. <br />SECTION 2. There is enacted Section 351.03(11) of the Codified Ordinance <br />of Mayfield Village prohibiting. parking on designated. bicycle trails so that <br />new subsection 351.03(11.) shall read. as follows: <br />Chapter 351 <br />Parking Generally <br />„ s: <br />351.03 PROHIBITED STANDING OR PARKING PLACES. <br />No person shall stand. or park a vehicle, except when <br />necessary to avoid conflict with other traffic or to <br />comply with the provisions of this Traffic Code, or while <br />
