RESOLUTION N0. 90-3 <br />INTRODUCED BY: Mayor Carmen and the Entire Council <br />A RESOLUTION <br />OF APPRECIATION TO SANTO BASILE <br />WHEREAS, Santo Basile has served as Council President for three (3) <br />consecutive terms from January 1, 1987 through December 31, 1989; and <br />WHEREAS, Santo Basile has provided the leadership in maintaining the <br />quality of life for the residents of Mayfield Village; and <br />WHEREAS, Santo Basile, during his term as Council President of the <br />Mayfield Village Council served with diligence and dedication; and <br />WHEREAS, Santo Basile should not be allowed to leave the service <br />of Council President of the Mayfield Village Council without an expression of <br />the appreciation he rightfully deserves; now, therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF HAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, THAT: <br />SECTION 1. The Mayor and Council of Mayfield Village, Ohio, on behalf of <br />themselves and all of the employees and residents of the municipality, hereby <br />express their deep appreciation and thanks to Santo Basile for his faithful <br />and devoted service to Mayfield Village, Ohio. <br />SECTION 2. The Clerk of Council is hereby authorized and directed to <br />prepare duplicate original copies of this Resolution. One such original shall <br />be presented to Santo Basile as a small token of the esteem in which he is <br />held by the residents, officials and employees of Mayfield Village, Ohio. The <br />other original shall be placed in the permanent records of the Village as a <br />lasting tribute to Santo Basile. <br />SECTION 3.
