RESOLUTION NO. 91-31 <br />INTRODUCED BY: Mayor Carmen and Council as a Whole <br />A RESOLUTION <br />DECLARING AN EMERGENCY AND AUTHORIZING <br />THE ACCEPTANCE OF AN INFORMAL BID FROM <br />HIGHLINE LIGHT AND ELECTRIC INC. <br />FOR THE INSTALLATION OF THE LIGHTING AT THE <br />WILEY PARK BASEBALL FIELD <br />WHEREAS, the installation of ball field lighting is only <br />performed by a limited number of companies; and <br />WHEREAS, Mayfield Village, Ohio, receives an informal bid <br />from Highline Light and~Electric Inc. to~perform such <br />installation for an amount of twenty thousand one hundred <br />Dollars ($20,100.00 ); and <br />WHEREAS, Mayfield Village, Ohio, has immediate need for the <br />installation of such lighting before the baseball program begins; <br />now, therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF HAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, THAT: <br />SECTION 1. <br />authorized to enter <br />Electric Inc. in an <br />Dollars ($20,100.00 <br />submitted by such c. <br />competitive bids. <br />The Mayor and President of Council are hereby <br />into an agreement with Highline Light and <br />amount of twenty thousand one hundred <br />), in accordance with the informal bids <br />~mpany, and without advertising further for <br />SECTION 2. This Resolution is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure immediately necessary for the preservation of <br />the health, safety and welfare of the residents of Mayfield <br />
