RESOLUTION NO. 91-3$ INTRODUCED BY: Mayor Carmen and Council as a Whole A RESOLUTION DECLARING LAKE TRUCK SALES & SERVICE, INC. TO BE THE LOWEST AND BEST BID FOR THE PURCHASE OF A CURRENT PRODUCTION TWO TON INTERNATIONAL CAB AND CHASSIS WITH DUMP BODY IN THE AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED SIXTY-ONE THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED AND FIFTY DOLLARS ($61,150.00), AUTHORIZING THE .MAYOR AND PRESIDENT OF COUNCIL TO EXECUTE A PURCHASE AGREEMENT FOR SAID VEHICLE DECLARING AN EMERGENCY BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF HAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, THAT: SECTION 1. In accordance with bids received pursuant to advertisement as required by law, Lake Truck Sales & Service, Inc. is hereby declared to be the lowest and best bid for the purchase of one (1) a current production two ton International Cab and Chassis with Dump Body. SECTION 2. The Mayor and President of Council are hereby authorized and directed to execute a purchase agreement with Lake Truck Sales & Service, Inc. in an amount not to exceed Sixty-One Thousand One Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($61,150.00) provided that such purchase agreement is in accordance with the specifications upon which the bid was received. SECTION 3. Council hereby declares that Lake Truck Sales & Service, Inc. was the only bidder and, therefore, no other bids need to be rejected. SECTION 4. The Council finds and determines that all formal actions of this.Council relating to the adoption of this Resolution have been taken at open meetings of this Council; and that deliberations of this Council and of its committees, resulting in such formal action, took place in meetings open to the public, in compliance with all statutory requirements including the requirements of Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code. SECTION 5.
