6/17/91 RESOLUTION NO. 91- 58 INTRODUCED BY: Mayor Carmen and Council as a Whole A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND PRESIDENT OF COUNCIL TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT WITH THE WALTER H. DRANE COMPANY FOR THE ANNUAL UPDATING OF THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF HAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO WHEREAS, the Municipality has recently completed the annual updating of its Codified, Ordinances; and WHEREAS, the Mayor and Council have determined that it is in the best interests of effective Municipal government to enter into a contract for annual updating of the Codified Ordinances in order to make available the most current actions of the Council of the Village; now, therefore, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF HAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, THAT: SECTION 1. The Mayor and President of Council are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract with the Walter H. Drane Company for the annual updating of the Codified Ordinances of Mayfield Village, Ohio, for a period of three (3) years. SECTION 2. The contract authorized in Section 1 of this Resolution, a copy of said contract being attached hereto, marked Exhibit "A" and incorporated herein as if fully rewritten, shall not exceed the amounts set forth in said contract. SECTION 3. The Council finds and determines that all formal actions of this Council relating.to the adoption of this Resolution have been taken at open meetings of this Council; and that deliberations of this Council and of its committees, resulting in such formal action, took place in meetings open to the public, in compliance with all statutory requirements including the requirements of Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code. SECTION 4. This Resolution is hereby declared to be an emergency measure immediately necessary for the health, safety and welfare of the residents of Mayfield Village, Ohio, for the
