ORDINANCE NO. 91-28 INTRODUCED BY: Mayor Carmen and Council as a Whole AN ORDINANCE • GRANTING. AN EXTENSION TO DEACON'3 CHRYSLER-PLYMOUTH, INC. FOR THE PURPOSE OF COMPLYING WITH ORDINANCE NO. 85-16 PERTAINING TO SIGNS LOCATED ON CERTAIN PROPERTY RNOWN AS 835 S.O.M. CENTER ROAD AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY WHEREAS, on July 21, 1985, Mayfield Village Council enacted Ordinance No. 85-16 which required that all commercial signs must be in compliance with the Codified Ordinances within five (5) years; and WHEREAS, Deacon's Chrysler-Plymouth, Inc. has signs on the premises known as 835 S.O.M. Center Road that would be in violation of Section 1185.14 of Mayfield Village Codified Ordinances; and WHEREAS, Deacon's Chrysler-Plymouth, Inc. has requested an extension until September 1, 1991, in order to comply with such ordinance; and ? WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission on July 1, 1991, recommended to Council to grant such an extension; and WHEREAS, Council is desirous to grant an extension until September l, 1991, to Deacon's Chrysler-Plymouth, Inc. to allow its compliance with Ordinance No. 85-16; now, therefore, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF MAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, THAT: SECTION 1. Deacon's Chrysler-Plymouth, Inc. is hereby granted an extension to September 1, 1991 to comply with Ordinance No. 85-16 in respect to the sign located at 835 S.O.M. Center Road. SECTION 2. The Council finds and determines that all formal actions of this Council relating to the adoption of this Ordinance have been taken at open meetings of this Council; and that deliberations of this Council and of its committees, resulting in such formal action, took place in meetings open to the public, in compliance with all statutory requirements including the requirements of Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code. 0
