ORDINANCE NO. 91-38 INTRODUCED BY: Mayor Carmen and Council as a Whole AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING NEW RIILES AND REGULATIONS FOR TORMWATER MANAGEMENT AND ORBAN SEDIMENT POLLUTION ABATEMENT AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY WHEREAS, on June 16, 1990 Council adopted Ordinance No. 90-21 which enacted Chapter 1127 that adopted the Rules and Regulations for Stormwater Management and Urban Sediment Pollution Abatement; and WHEREAB, Village Engineer, Stephen Hovancsek, has recommended that such Rules and Regulations be amended in order to comply with all federal and state requirements; and WHEREAB, the Council of Mayfield Village intends to adopt the amended Rules and Regulations for Stormwater Management and Urban Sediment Pollution Abatement and require all new construction in Mayfield Village, to be in compliance with these rules; now, therefore, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF MAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, THAT: SECTION 1. The amended Stormwater Management and Urban attached hereto, is adopted and the Codified Ordinances for the standards and criteria to abate of the water. Rules and Regulations for Sediment Pollution abatement, incorporated in Chapter 1127 of purpose of existing recommended erosion of the soil and degration SECTION 2. All prior Ordinances inconsistent with this Ordinance, in whole or in part, are repealed to the extent necessary to avoid conflict with this Ordinance. SECTION 3. The Council finds and determines that all formal actions of this Council relating to the adoption of this Ordinance have been taken at open meetings of this Council; and that deliberations of this Council and of its committees, resulting in such formal action, took place in meetings open to the public, in compliance with all statutory requirements including the requirements of Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code.
