*FAILED 11/18/91 <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 91-45 <br />INTRODUCED BY: Mayor Carmen and Council as a Whole <br />AN ORDINANNCE <br />GRANTYNG AN ADDITYONAL EXTENSIOPI TO FI3HER'S TAi1ERN <br />FOR THE PURPOSE OF COMPLYING WITH ORDIItTANCE NO. 85-16 <br />PERTAINING TO SIGN3 LOCATED ON CE1tTAIld PROPERTY <br />RNOWN A3 718 8. O. M e CENTER ItOAD AND <br />DECIAI2ING AN EMERGEPICY <br />WFIEREA3, on July 21, 1985, Mayfield Village Council enacted <br />Ordinance No. 85-16 which required that all commercial signs must <br />be in compliance with the Codified Ordinances within five (5) <br />years; and <br />WIiEREAS, Fisher's Tavern has two (2) signs on the premises <br />known as 718 S.O.M. Center Road that would be in violation of <br />Sections 1185.14 and 1185.18 of Mayfield Village Codified <br />Ordinances; and <br />WHEREAS, Council adopted Ordinance No. 91-27 on July 15, <br />1991, which granted an extension to Fisher's Tavern to comply <br />with the Codified Ordinance by September 1, 1991; and <br />WHEREAS, since that time, Fisher's Tavern has determined it <br />need additional time to submit the necessary information to the <br />Village for the Village to consider its signage; and <br />WYiEREAS, Fisher's Tavern has requested an extension in <br />order to comply with such ordinance; and <br />WHERElaiS, the Planning and Zoning Commission on September 1, <br />1991, recommended to Council to grant such an extension; and <br />WIiEREAS! Council is desirous to grant an extension until <br />December 1, 1991, to Fisher's Tavern to allow its compliance with <br />Ordinance No. 85-16; now, therefore, <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF MAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, THAT: <br />SECTION 1. Fisher's Tavern is hereby granted an <br />extension to December 1, 1991, to comply with Ordinance No. 85-16 <br />in respect to the signs located at 718 S.O.M. Center Road. <br />SECTION 2. The Council finds and determines that all <br />formal actions of this Council relating to the adoption of this <br />Ordinance have been taken at open meetings of this Council; and
