CIiRXSLER-PLYMOUTH, INC.FO13 THE PURPOSE OF° <br />COMPLYIATG WaTH ORDINANCE NOe 85-16 <br />PEltTAYNIIdG TO SIGN3 LOCATED ON CERTAIN PROPERTY <br />' YzNOWN AS 835 S.O.M. CEIdTEIt ROAD AND <br />DECLARINC: AN EMERGEPTCY <br />WHEREAS, on July 21, 1985, Mayfield Village Council enacted <br />Ordinance No. 85-16 which required that all commercial signs must <br />be in compliance with the Codified Ordinances within five (5) <br />years; and <br />WHEREAS, Deacon's Chrysler-Plymouth, Inc. has signs on <br />the premises known as 835 S.O.M. Center Road that would be in <br />violation of Section 1185e14 of Mayfield Village Codified <br />Ordinances; and <br />WHEREAS, Council adopted Ordinance No. 91-28 on July 15, <br />1991, which granted an extension to Deacon's Chrysler-Plymouth to <br />comply with the Codified Ordinance by September l, 1991; and <br />WHEREAS, since that time, <br />Deacon's Chrysler-Plymouth has determined that it needs <br />additional time to submit the necessary information to the <br />Village for the Village to consider its signage; and <br />WEiEREAS, Deacon's Chrysler-Plymouth, Inc. had requested an <br />additional extension until December 1, 1991, in order to comply <br />with such ordinance; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission on September <br />12, 1991, recommended to Council to grant such an extension; and <br />WHEREAS, Council is desirous to grant an extension until <br />December 1, 1991, to Deacon's Chrysler-Plymouth, Inc. to allow <br />its compliance with Ordinance No. 85-16; now, therefore, <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF MAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, THAT: <br />SECTION 1. Deacon's Chrysler-Plymouth, Inc. is hereby <br />granted an extension to December 1, 1991 to comply with Ordinance <br />?f- No. 85-16 in respect to the sign located at 835 S.O.M. Center <br />? Road.
