The Director of Finance is hereby authorized <br />to draw warrants for payment of any of the foregoing <br />appropriations upon receiving the proper certificates and <br />vouchers therefor, approval by the Council of Mayfield Village or <br />officers au-thorized by law to approve the same, or by Ordinance <br />or Resolution of Council to make expenditures, provided that no <br />warrant be drawn or paid for salaries or wages except to persons <br />employed by authority of and in accordance with law or Ordinance. <br />SECTTON 3. The Director of Finance is further authorized <br />and directed to forward a certified copy of this Ordinance to the <br />Office of Cuyahoga County Budget Commission immediately upon its <br />passage and signature by the Mayor. <br />*-,q
