ORDINANCE NO. 2009-36 <br />INTRODUCED BY: Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole <br />AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE <br />APPROVING A LOT SPLIT AND CONSOLIDATION PLAT <br />OF P120PERTYOWNED BY <br />GERALD GERNHARD AND DAVID CHADWELL. <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission on June 1, 2009 approved the lot split <br />and consolidation plat relative to property owned by Mr. Gerald Gernhard, 1031 <br />Lander Road, and Mr. David Chadwell, 1061 Lander Road; and <br />WBEREAS, such lot split and consolidation is deemed to be in the best interest <br />of the Village and its residents. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF <br />MAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, THAT: <br />SECTION 1. The lot split and consolidation plat attached hereto and <br />incorporated herein as Exhibit "A", as approved by the Village's Planning Commission, <br />and pertaining to Permanent Parcel Nos. 831-32-013 and 831-32-016 is herein and <br />hereby approved. <br />SECTION 2. The Clerk is authorized to cause such plat to be recorded with the <br />appropriate public agencies as determined by the Village Engineer after the same is <br />executed and approved by all appropriate Village officials and bodies. <br />SECTION 3. The Council finds and determines that all formal actions of this <br />Council relating to the adoption of this Ordinance have been taken at open meetings of <br />this Council; and that deliberations of this Council and of its committees, resulting in ? <br />such formal action, took place in meetings open to the public; in compliance with all <br />statutory requirements including the requirements of Section 121.22 of the Ohio <br />Revised Code. ' <br />SECTION 4. This Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure <br />immediately necessary for the health, safety and welfare of the residents of Mayfield <br />Village, Ohio.
