ORDINANCE NO. 2003-42 <br />INTRODUCED BY: Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole <br />AN ENIERGENCY ORDIfVANCE <br />AIViENDING SECTION 133.02 CREATING A PE1TY <br />CASH ACCOUNT FOR THE COMMISSION ON AGING <br />WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has requested a petty cash account be set up in <br />the amount of Two Hundred ($200.00) Dollars for the Commission on Aging. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF MAYFfELD <br />VILLAGE, OHIO, THAT: <br />SECTION 1: That Section 133.02 of the Codified Ordinances, subsections (b), (c) <br />and (d), are hereby and herein amended to read as follows: <br />133.02 PETTY CASH FUND <br />(b) The following are authorized Petty Cash Accounts for the Municipality: <br />(1) Finance Department ................................................ $300.00 <br />(2) Service/Baailding Departrnent (Per Section 137.02). $100.00 <br />(3) Police Department ................................................... $200.00 <br />(4) Police Department "Flash Account........................... $500.00 <br />(5) Investigative "Flash Account" .................................. $200.00 <br />(6) Cferk of Council Office ............................................. $100.00 <br />(7) Recreation Committee ............................................. $100.00 <br />(8) Activities Comrroittee ................................................ $300.00 <br />(J) Summer Camp ........................................................ $500.00 <br />(10) Commission on Acting ............................................. $200.00 <br /> <br /> Total Petty Cash , $ 2,500.00 <br />(c) The following are the custodians for the respective specific Petty Cash <br />Accounts listed in subsection (b) hereof: <br />(1) Finance Department: Assistant Finance Director <br />(2) Service and Building Department: Secretary to Service/Building <br />Commissioner <br />(3) Police Department: Secretary to the Chief of Police <br />(4) Police Flash Account: Chief of Police <br />(5) Investigative Flash Account: Detective assigned by the Chief of Police <br />(6) Clerk of Council O?'fice: Clerk of Council <br />(7) Recreation Committee: Recreation Treasurer <br />(8) Activities Committee: Clerk of Council <br />(9) Summer Camp: Assistant Finance Directar <br />(10) Commission on Aqing: Director of the Commission on &ging
