::_ ORDINANCE NO. 99-38 INTRODUCED BY: Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND APPROVING AN ADDITIONAL $625.00 FOR NIGHT LIGHTING TO BE INSTALLED AT THE PARKVIEW POOL WHEREAS, the Council of the Village of Mayfield previously approved a contract for night lighting at the Parkview Pool not to exceed $90,000.00; and WHEREAS, the actual sum including the first change order is $90,625.00; and WHEREAS, the Council of the Village of Mayfield wishes to authorize.the additional expenditure of $625.00 over and above the amount of $90,000.00 previously.approved. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF MAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, THAT: SECTION 1. That the Council of the Village of Mayfield authorizes the additional expenditure of Six Hundred Twenty Five Dollars ($625.00) in excess of the $90,000.00 contract previously approved by this Council. for the night lighting located at the Parkview Pool. SECTION 2. The Council finds and determines that all formal actions of this Council relating to the adoption of this Ordinance have been taken at open meetings of this Council; and that deliberations of this Council and of its committees, resulting in such formal action, took place in meetings open to the public, in compliance with all statutory requirements including the requirements of Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code. SECTION 3. This Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure immediately necessary for the health, safety and welfare of the residents of Mayfield Village, Ohio.
